Plant A Seed provides developmentally delayed clients with safe, nurturing, and therapeutic services. The Host Home and SCC programs offer need-based supports to meet each client’s individual needs. Plant A Seed works hand in hand with clients, families, and their teams to provide tailored services, resources and supports to better the individuals served overall quality of life.
